Different every day
For his tastings, chef Fienus Kramers draws his inspiration from the freshest and best ingredients the markets have to offer on the day. That’s why you will search in vain for a fixed and printed menu. Fienus gladly tells you what's on in person, right at your table. Something not quite to your liking? Fienus will customize any dish to your taste, on the spot.

It was in the kitchens of master chefs such as Herman den Blijker, Robert Kranenborg and Cees Helder, that Fienus Kramers discovered his passion for cooking. And so it was that in October 2005 he started Restaurant Le Boulevard. He has created his very own style, characterized by a refined combination of tastes and flavors.
Outside of our regular hours we prepare a special lunch for a group of 10 - 22 guests. Please make reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment. And we are looking forward to hearing your wishes beforehand.

Our wine list offers fine quality wines to complement your dinner (not inclusive). But why not go for our wine pairing option, providing the ideal glass of wine with each course. Adventurous and delicious at the same time!
